21+ Age Policy

Eddy's products contain Delta-9 THC. They're for adults 21 and older only. No exceptions.

On this website

You have to confirm you're 21 or older to use eddysedibles.us. If you're under 21, please leave the site.

In stores

Eddy's is sold through retailers. We expect every shop that carries Eddy's to check ID and only sell to customers 21 and older, as Texas law requires.

Our marketing

We don't market to anyone under 21. Our social media accounts are set to 21+ where the platform allows it, and we don't use cartoon characters or imagery meant to appeal to kids.

Keep it away from kids and pets

Store Eddy's in its package, out of reach of children and pets. If a child or pet eats an edible, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or your vet right away. If it's an emergency, call 911.

Don't share with anyone under 21

Giving THC products to someone under 21 is against the law. Don't do it.

Report a problem

If you see Eddy's being sold to someone under 21, or marketed in a way that targets kids, email info@eddysedibles.us and we'll look into it.
